CUSTOM DESIGN PROCESS

Our greatest desire is to design custom experiences that are able to evoke joy and purpose into our participant’s lives. In order to deliver an experience capable of this, we follow an 8-step process that guides us through the creation of each and every event experience. Some requests require more time than others to advance through the steps, but all of them will follow our design process.

STEP 1: Idea Assessment

Once a custom request is received, we assess it based on the following criteria: What is the client’s desired deliverable? Can we safely produce the idea? Can we make it fun? Can we produce it within the stated budget? If the idea is feasible, then we move on to the conceptual phase

STEP 2: Concept Design

We start by sketching out a rough idea of how we envision the experience coming to life. An digital inspiration board featuring images, color palettes, and typography is also created to help us find inspiration during the graphic design phase.

STEP 3: Formal Proposal

Once the concept is finalized, we will create a formal proposal for our client to review that will include a detailed timeline, along with some sample imagery. This document is then presented to the client for review and feedback. Once approved, we will draft a contract to finalize all the details.

STEP 4: TASKMASTER

With approval granted, the experience is ready to come to life. To ensure every detail is accounted for, we will put together a master task list outlining every facet of the program. This serves as our step-by-step guide to ensure that every detail is accounted for.

STEP 5: GRAphic Design

We are firm believers that the look and feel of an experience plays a vital role in the overall success of a program. We take great pride and spend an exorbitant amount of time on this step to ensure that all of the imagery, graphics and videos used during my events will help enhance the experience for the participant and ensure a professional appearance.

STEP 6: Team Assembly

On all of our experiences, we pull from a small pool of talent that we know and trust to help deliver a world-class experience. As a team, we review and rehearse each element in great detail to ensure we deliver the best performance possible. We also spend a great deal of time on costuming and wardrobe to ensure that every member of my team also “looks the part”.

STEP 7: Deliver the Experience

This is what we have all been working towards! The greatest joy in the entire process is without a doubt the final delivery of our experience to a live audience. We take tremendous pride in being able to take a client’s idea and turn it into a world-class experiences that provides everyone in attendance with joy and a greater sense of purpose.

STEP 8: REVIEW & IMPROVE

Following every experience, we host a recap session that focuses on identifying the areas of the experience that were a success and those that we can improve upon for next time. We are constantly seeking to learn from our mistakes so that we can continually grow and get better at what we do.
