A literal unknown, Donald Spalding joined R&D Events as an on-call staff member in the companies infancy. His first gig was operating a gaming station at a 60 Seconds Flat event. After a few rounds of play, we quickly realized that he was a rare talent and someone that had the ability to not only entertain, but engage his audience. He moved his way up the ranks and today serves as our lead emcee and even runs his own company that you can check out HERE. His unique ability to make you feel like you've known him for 20 years (even though you just met 20 minutes ago) is a rare trait and one that makes him an amazing addition to the R&D Events family.
