The “D” in R&D Events is known throughout the country for being one of the premier event emcees and quite possibly the easiest going person you will ever meet. His humble roots took shape while growing-up in Northern Wisconsin. JP spent a majority of his summers perfecting his entertaining skills while starring in a local ski show three times a week. Upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin, JP headed off to the “islands” where he spent the better part of a decade with the world renowned international resort company, Club Med. Following an illustrious career with Club Med, this ex-GO eventually landed in Las Vegas where he teamed-up with Geoff Rhodes at The Ritz-Carlton, Lake Las Vegas. Following a three year stint with Ritz-Carlton, JP and Geoff split-off to form R&D Events and the rest, as they say, is history. When he isn’t exciting crowds or flying around the country, JP can almost always be found ripping-up the slalom course out on Lake Mead with his wife and friends.
